1. Shipping Rates & Tiers

West Malaysia:

• Orders below RM60: Standard shipping rate of RM6 applies.
• Orders RM60 & above: FREE Shipping. 

East Malaysia:

• Orders below RM60: Standard shipping rate of RM15 applies.
• Orders RM60 & above: Reduced shipping rate of RM9.

2. Delivery Times

• Processing time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• West Malaysia: 3–5 business days after processing.
• East Malaysia: 5–8 business days after processing.
